What are the sales minimums?
$100/hour before 4P and $150/hour after 4P for booked events.
Where do you serve?
Neighborhood coverage includes Hastings, Woodbury, Cottage Grove, St. Paul Park & more—plus statewide MN and western WI event bookings.
Season dates?
Truck season is weather-dependent (roughly March–October); private events book within the catering calendar.
