Spring is finally here, and so is ice cream season! We are excited to open our shoppe and trucks this month and share our delicious treats. We have everything, whether you feel like a cone, shake, malt, or candy! If you’re lucky, you might see one of our trucks driving around the residential neighborhoods in the Twin Cities! Scooped Ice Cream
We offer 15 different flavors that you can choose to have in a cup or cone with one or two scoops. Choose a classic flavor like vanilla, chocolate, or strawberry, or mix it up with our This $@&! Just Got Serious (Salted Caramel Cashew), cotton candy twist, or Blue Moon.

Next on the list of things to try are our specialty sundaes. Create your own by choosing two toppings from our extensive list of goodies or try one of our specialty options on the menu. Looking for peanut buttery goodness? Try the Specialty Chocolate PB Galore Sundae. Or maybe you like mint and want to go for the Specialty Mint Oreo Avalanche Sundae. There are options for whatever you’re craving!
Ice Cream Cookie Sandwich
There is nothing better than a fresh ice cream cookie sandwich. Choose one of our combinations, like M&M Cookies with cookie dough ice cream, triple chocolate cookies with mint avalanche ice cream, or Snickerdoodle cookies with strawberry ice cream. You also have the option to create your own combination and be as creative as you want!
Malts, Shakes, and Floats
We have malts, shakes, and floats to complete the list of premium ice cream choices. Our malts and shakes come with whipped cream and an option of two mix-ins. There is everything from pineapple and banana to hot fudge and Reese’s pieces. Our floats come in three options root beer, orange, or cola. We also have banana splits with vanilla, chocolate, and strawberry ice cream with nuts upon request!
We open our shoppe on April 14th and can’t wait to see you and your family/friends! You’re invited you to explore our expanded shoppe, which offers a large outdoor patio and indoor seating. Don’t forget to watch for our trucks that drive around the residential neighborhoods of the Twin Cities from 1 pm to 8 pm!
